Our Mission
TeacHER Love Network Inc. exists to empower MISS-Guided adolescent girls and young women who have been misunderstood, marginalized, or overlooked by educational and social systems; addressing the deprivation of multifaceted literacy approaches. Through curriculum programming and holistic social-emotional learning, mental health support, mentorship, and leadership development, therein of our seven-pillar framework, we restore identity, build resilience, and create pathways toward academic success, community engagement, and long-term well-being before entering the juvenile justice system .
TeacHER Love Network, Inc., established in 2024, is a community-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting adolescent girls (ages 10–17) and young women (ages 18–21) through social-emotional development, mental health awareness, and trauma-informed care. The organization was founded to address gaps in culturally responsive and gender-specific programming that promotes the holistic well-being of girls in underserved communities. The mission of TeacHER Love Network, Inc. is to empower young women by helping them develop confidence, resilience, and leadership skills. We provide safe and supportive spaces that foster healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. Grounded in social-emotional education and mental health advocacy, we are committed to equipping participants with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and achieve long-term success. Led by a veteran educator and organizational leader with over a decade of experience in education, administrative management, youth development, and program implementation, our organization has a strong foundation for engaging marginalized youth populations and delivering impactful programming. TeacHER Love Network, Inc. provides structured mentorship, social-emotional learning programs, leadership development, and community-based initiatives that promote safety, self-efficacy, positive decision-making, and community service opportunities for young girls impacted by disciplinary issues and at risk of juvenile justice involvement. Our non-profit organization offers a comprehensive suite of trauma-informed and gender-responsive resources. These services shift the focus from punishment for "defiance" to addressing the underlying causes of behavior, such as trauma, relational conflict, and unmet social-emotional needs. We provide youth empowerment workshops, social-emotional and arts learning curricula, mental health education and services, and access to supportive resources designed to strengthen emotional intelligence and overall well-being. Through these efforts, TeacHER Love Network, Inc. aims to reduce risk factors associated with behavioral challenges while promoting healthy development, academic performance, and community connection.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every girl — especially those who have been misunderstood or misrepresented — has access to safe spaces, emotional tools, gender-responsive resources, and leadership opportunities that allow her to rewrite her narrative and lead with confidence.
