Join us for “Healing” Hands. HeART. Work., a creative and uplifting mental wellness experience for ages 13+, designed to encourage healing, self-expression, and meaningful connection through art and conversation. This event creates a safe and welcoming space for teens and adults to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves while engaging in guided creative activities centered on emotional wellness and self-care.
We are excited to feature a local artist (JeanDenis Louis @jdrawtalent), who will lead participants through an interactive painting and art experience, allowing guests to express emotions, release stress, and explore creativity in a supportive environment. Whether you are navigating everyday pressures, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, or simply seeking a positive outlet, this experience is a reminder that healing can happen through creativity, community, and intentional care for yourself.
